Abuse Policy

Abuse Contact

In compliance with industry standards, WWWMonitor maintains an abuse contact to address reports of misuse involving domains registered with us. You can report abuse via:

Receipt and Handling of Abuse Reports

Scope of Abuse Reports

Abuse complaints must be well-founded, actionable, and related to a domain name for which WWWMonitor is the registrar. Note that the domain’s registrant, not the registrar, owns the domain name. Allegations of misuse tied to services operated by the registrant may not constitute domain name abuse.

Submission Process

Complaints can be submitted via phone or email. However, written documentation (via email) is required for verification and follow-up. Reports of illegal activity from verified law enforcement or governmental authorities are reviewed within 24 hours by an authorized individual. Actions will comply with applicable laws.

Abuse Investigation

WWWMonitor investigates all credible allegations of abuse securely and professionally to avoid risks to our systems. At our discretion, we may notify the customer of the complaint and work with them to resolve the issue. Responses to abuse complaints may include appropriate action or, where necessary, a direct reply to the complainant.

Record Keeping

We track abuse reports through our internal systems and maintain records for two years. Upon reasonable request, these records may be provided to regulatory authorities as required.
